Are you looking to increase your profit margin, but don't know where to start? Then this workshop is for you. The first part of the workshop we will be talking about your numbers. You know, the expenses you have, your overhead, what you're charging for your products/services. How do you keep track of those? Do you know if your profitable without running an algebraic equation? Well, you should. We'll talk bookkeeping, accounting, and systems for those.

The second part of the workshop will be about lowering and auditing the prices you pay for goods and services and the impact that can make on your profit margin. I can't guarantee you more sales/bookings, but we can look at how those sales can turn into more money in your pocket.
